My approach to practicing law has always been practical. My goal as an attorney is to find ways the law can make life a little easier for people. That is why I enjoy being an Estate Planning & Probate Attorney. I have developed plans for clients from all walks of life, in various stages of life, with unique family and financial circumstances. Prior to attending law school, Katherine contributed to multiple non-fiction books that appeared on the New York Times Best Seller list and Wall Street Journal Best-Selling Books list. For 12 years, Katherine researched, co-wrote, and edited articles, books, and marketing content for various publishers and authors.

Katherine began her legal career as a family law attorney in 2013, and in 2016 she expanded her practice to include probate law, estate planning, and contract law. Katherine has developed estate plans for clients from all walks of life, in various stages of life, with unique family and financial circumstances. She has guided many clients through the probate process, guardianship/conservatorship appointment, and completion of annual reports as required by the Court. Katherine has also represented small business owners in business formation, succession plans, asset sales, employee contracts, and franchise agreements.
